As Overall Manager and Senior Business Partner, Joy oversees staff management, client relations, and issue resolution with dedication and care. She ensures that everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes while working closely with clients to address their needs, supporting the teaching team, and keeping communication clear and professional.

With strong leadership and a hands-on approach, Joy plays an essential role in building trust and maintaining the high standards that define Joyful Learning ESL. Holding a BA degree in English Studies, and as a native Thai speaker fluent in both Thai and English, Joy also serves as the key link between our international teachers and local families.
